The 4 Phases of the Advanced HCG Weight Loss Program

PHASE 1
2 Gorge Days

Begin taking 10-15 drops of HCG, 3 X day, 15 minutes before meals.
There are NO Calorie or Food restrictions during these 2 days.

PHASE 2
Fat Flushing
( 21- 42 Days)

Continue HCG drops that are now triggering the body to release stored fat. Only eat 500-800 calories from the foods on the list. The burned fat is providing a constant flow of fuel so you won’t feel hungry as pounds & inches melt away.

PHASE 3
Stabilizing
( 21 DAYS )

Stop taking HCG drops. Avoid sugar and starches for the next 21 days! This will reset your metabolism.You may now eat up to 1500 calories and add back fats & oils in moderation.

PHASE 4
Maintenance
Maintaining your weight! Your metabolism is now reset! Now you are able to eat what ever you want but not every day and not every meal.

Low Calorie Diet Breakdown
(see recipes for all the delicious food you can make)

One Serving of Fruit
( 2 x’s a day )

Apple, 10 strawberries, an orange, grapefruit

5 ozs of lean meat
(3 x’s a day)

5 oz of veal, beef, chicken breast, white fish (tilapia, halibut, flounder, sole, wild Chilean sea bass), lobster, crab, or shrimp. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking. ( use All-Whites (brand name) for Egg-Whites)

Vegetables (3x’s a day)
Spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, lettuce (any type), tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus and cabbage cauliflower, onion, scallion.
Drinks
Drink plenty of Water, Seltzer, Lemonade, Tea or Coffee. Only skim milk allowed in coffee. Stevia may be used as a sweetener. Green tea is also great to help with energy and even helps to burn more fat.
2 Grissino bread sticks (plain) or 2 Melba toasts or Wasa Crisp Bread (Hearty Variety)
Seasonings, etc.
The juice of one lemon is allowed for all purposes and recommended to alkalize the body. Sea Salt (include it in your diet everyday), pepper, apple cider vinegar, mustard, garlic, sweet basil, parsley, thyme, chives, cilantro, etc. may be used for seasoning. Salsa/ pico de gallo in moderation. NO oil, butter, sugar or dressing.

Light Exercise

It is recommended that you do only light exercise while doing the HCG Diet. Walking, Yoga, Pilate's, lighter weight lifting (resistance) is great to keep up your strength. Stay away from high calorie burning exercises (ex. Running, aerobics). Over exercising will cause the body to go into starvation mode and hold on to the fat, fighting against the hCG

Keep Track of Weight

It is important to weigh yourself and keep track of your success. You will want to weigh yourself when you first get up in the morning (after going to the bathroom).
